Payment
I accept payment by Paypal through our secure online checkout system, or by personal cheque or postal order. Items will be mailed on receipt of cleared payment.
If you intend to pay by cheque or postal order, please e-mail me first so that I can reserve the item for you. Otherwise it may be purchased by another customer. Items will be reserved for you for 14 days after receipt of this e-mail.
Shipping
I aim to post all items within 3 days of receiving cleared payment. Postage within the UK will be by Royal Mail recorded delivery.
International Orders
International orders are charged at the same rate as domestic ones but sent by first class post. Customs charges may apply.
Simultaneous Orders
On the rare occasion that two orders are received for the same item before the site has had time to update its status to "sold" I will send the item to the first person to place the order. The other customer will be given the choice of receiving an alternate item or a refund.
